Appointment Cancellation Policy
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time are required to pay a 50% cost of their scheduled appointment. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time are required to pay 100% cost of their scheduled appointment.
Service Redo Policy
Please know that in certain situations your desired look may take more than one session. If that is the case your stylist will verbalize that during your appointment. If you are not satisfied with your results please call the salon. Our team will be happy to make small tweaks and adjustments within 2 weeks or less of your appointment time. We do not offer refunds for services.
Child Policy
Due to safety considerations and limited space, children are not permitted in the salon unless they have a scheduled appointment. We strive to create a relaxing environment for all guests and appreciate your cooperation in making childcare arrangements before your visit.
